This is a wonderful shave gel - by far the best I have tried. It really does work to soothe my very sensitive skin and helps prevent irritation. It's helping to soothe my underarms, which I shave every other day. I am seeing fewer bumps and my skin seems softer and less red. I used it on my bikini line the other day and I had no irritation! Husband has sensitive skin and this works the best of anything we've tried. I love the scent but I don't know what it is (even though it says no added scent, so it's one of the active ingredients)... This is the only shaving gel you will catch me using. It's gentle on the skin and minimizes irritation. The smell isn't overwhelming either which is a plus. I personally don't care for fragrance. 10/10!

A great formula

I have extremely sensitive skin and this gel is by far the best on the shelf. No irritation and helps with dryness, it's even better if you moisturize with Aveeno after as well

My go to shave gel

What's inside the can is fabulous. I have tried the (formerly) available competing products from some of the big pharmacy chains and Aveeno remains superior to the pretenders.

However, the new dispensing technology needs some work. When I saw the new, seamless can, I was stoked because, with no more steel rim to collect residue and rust, the new can is easy to rinse, dry and put away clean. No more rust rings on the medicine cabinet, gluey buildup on the can, etc. That's the good part. Bad part is the new trigger does not allow a controlled release of the product. It has a "hard" release that, once pressed, releases 2--3 times the product necessary for a shave. This is wasteful from both an economic and environmental standpoint and really should be improved. I realize Aveeno wants to sell more product, but this new trigger is over the top.

Great Product, needs a better trigger

Good product but overly expensive.  I buy it anyway because it is unscented and causes no adverse reaction from a member of my household who is afflicted with MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivity).  Would prefer to purchase 1 dozen at a time but for some inexplicable reason Walmart's website only allowed a maximum of 5 (?).

AVEEENO COLLOIDAL OATMEAL SHAVE GEL

This shaving cream is great for the price. It does smell very good. It makes my legs a little softer. I'm not super thrilled with the overall result. It also does not help much for the bumps. But it is a very good product if on a budget.
