I think my husband enjoyed this more than my 6 year old, but it was really neat extracting all of the bones from each element. My son wanted a Ryan egg but I've heard it wasn't worth the money so I opted for this. I'm glad I did because the entire family including his 2 year old sis found it to be very fun.

My 3 yr old son and 5 yr old daughter loved playing with this egg! An older child or adult will definitely need to help the kids with this bc the packaging on each item is a little hard to open. I recommend playing with it outside bc it's so messy.. slime, dirt, etc.

Will definitely be buying more of these!!

Step 1. Unwrap egg  2.drop/crack/throw egg to crack open 3. Cut insert w scissors 
4. see scratch off map for rest of instructions!

(You'll need a glass of water to pour on the fizzy lava. I usually hate slime but it WAS NOT the kind that sticks to everything and won't come off.. so mom approved LOL)

Messy, but really awesome!! Will buy again

I purchased this item for my 8 and 10 year old boys and also for two of my nephews (both 5).  All REALLY loved this toy.  There are several aspects to it.  There's bones in slime, volcano fizz, putty and dirt.  Once all parts are found, they build thier dinosaur.  There are also 6 small eggs that all contain small figures.  Great quality and entertainment for your money!  The only reason why I rated it 4 out of 5 is that it's not environmentally friendly.  There are TONS of packaging materials and heavy plastic pieces.

It was pretty good and fun but a bit too messy and I think it's too expensive for what it provides. I only like the dinosaur you get to build. The extra little eggs cant be put back together even tho it says so on the instructions. My 9 year old enjoyed it but wasnt amazed as I thought he would. My 4 year old seemed more amazed by it.

It is kinda stinky. Also we were sent the blue one instead of the orange one. The prizes and maps are cool though. Putting the puzzle eggs back together is easy with the little holder so I can reassemble and he can smash over and over again. They'll be goodEaster eggs too! Glad this isn't just a bunch of 1 time use stuff, but don't have your heart set on getting the color you want. :-/

Good overall,  wrong egg sent.

My son had watched youtube videos on this And love it, so i was excited to get it for him for his birthday. The glow in the dark slime doesnât glow, And just crumbles... itâs like a million little boogers that get everywhere And is hard to clean up. The Dino sand is dried out a bit and again, makes a huge mess. The dissolving fizzy toy was smashed And over half of it was just dust. 

My 4 year old still likes it, but as a mom, Iâm verydisappointed with the quality of this product.

Not as good as I had hoped

The little eggs that come inside they claim you can put them back together is not possible. Weren't able to put any of them back together to smash. This was totally a waste of money. Nerve would purchase again.

disappointed with end result and I will never buy this again- I bought 2 of these Dino eggs for both of my Grandsons and they both had issues completing / building the Dinosaurs - I know it is a process and yes they had fun getting all the pieces of the puzzle but the end result -- they could not put the puzzle together due to missing parts - now what do I do
