Yes, but they are more fine tip with thinner grip and crayola markers are wider tips so they even have better grip that may be easier for a two year old to hold.

I would start him on the small pkg. and fatter pens.

Gina, the 12 color scents in our Crayola Washable 50 count Super Tips Fine Line Markers with 12 Silly Scents Markers are:

The markers are pretty bright and the shades though different are similar really on paper for each color.

Great value for the price

I bought these to do some coloring in an RV because I knew they would be easy to store.  I've also tried several other markers and I like these the best.  Anyway, for what I want to do these work just fine.  And they would be great for kids.

Color away!

So many colors! It really gives kids the chance to learn what they like. They can play and use their imagination, trying out so many different colors to bring their creations to life. The markers can last a long time, depending on how well they are cared for, and how often / how much they are used.

I greatly enjoy using Crayola's markers, they color smoothly and vibrantly, and they have many colors from which to chose when coloring. Also their tops identify the color of the marker better than most other brands.

My only compliant about them is that they bleed through - so as an adult colorist, I can only use them if I'm coloring in a book that does not have a picture on the backside of the page.

Bright, clear colors

colors are off compared to their cap colors. all of them are darker than you'd expect. the blues are the worst. not a huge deal but a little annoying when my kid wants a certain color and it doesnt turn out the same.

I purchased the 50 pack, on the recommendation of several people to use with adult coloring books.

They work fairly well, although they are streaky in large areas. The color selection is good. 

What I don't like is that the color names are not on the barrels of the markers! So unless you keep the packaging, you will not know color you are using.
