My son calls these the comfiest ever. I would say size matches very well and they are very strechy!

Bought these for my father in law because of how tiny he is and he loved these thermal pants just wish it had the pattern that thermals usually have. But overall we are satisfied! Thanks!

Comfortable

I purchased these for my son (8) as he is now exposed to the cold more now due to covid. When on his way to and from school, the windows on the bus are to remain open, regardless of the temperature/weather, so it's often cold. The windows are also open at all times during school, so dressing in layers is a must. I chose these rather than traditional waffle pattern thermals because I thought they'd be more comfortable and tighter fitting. I was not wrong. They are very soft and fit like tights, which makes them a perfect fit under his pants. He actually enjoys wearing them, and often opts to wear them to bed rather than his fleece pajamas. He calls them his "cozy pants". I've been assured several times, that they are very comfortable and keep him warm throughout the day. I've washed and dried them quite a few times without incident. No shrinking, no pulls or tears. I was actually a little nervous because they are reminiscent of thick tights, so I was concerned that there may have been an issue washing and drying, but so far all is well. I will definitely purchase these again in the future.

I got a torn thermal pant which was highly disappointing as I've usually had a great experience with Walmart. but the kids loved it as it was soft and comfy. the colors are nice but I haven't washed them till now. they have a tag inside which I will cut and stich up the torn leg area.
