I listened to one of the first ads for Therapeutic Mineral Ice decades ago on the radio talk show of the great nutritionist  of a time Carlton Fredericks. When I used it it relieved leg cramps I sometimes get pretty fast. Some years later I discovered that Icy Hot has 10% menthol, whereas Mineral Ice has 2% menthol. So I switched to Icy Hot. For some reason Icy Hot takes about five minutes or more to penetrate the problem and relieve the cramps. So I recently purchased Mineral Ice from Walmart. Had it for a month or two or three. Then the cramps hit. AWFUL!!! I applied Mineral Ice and the problem began dissipating within a minute and was totally gone by the end of five minutes.

I can't figure it out. One of the inactive ingredients in Mineral Ice must get that menthol down deep pretty quick. I can think of no other explanation for the contrast between the two products. I must go with results. Mineral Ice will always be my first choice.

This helps my overall serious leg, back, neck and shoulder pain than anything else.  Some may not like the smell and the rubbing it on by hands, but its temporary and the painfree results are so very much worth it.   Purchasing through the WalMart system was very easy and convenient too. Order arrived a coupoe days early.
